[tt] PG&E makes deal for space solar power

Interesting they have been able to make this potentially economically viable 
using launch services from United Launch Alliance... so something like a Delta 
IV Heavy launch I guess. From the figures I've seen SpaceX could probably cut 
those launch costs in half with their eventual Falcon 9 Heavy vehicle. Of course 
they are still some years away from proving it will work reliably.
