[tt] Dissertation - Phylogenetics and Homology Modeling

I'm announcing my (Ph.D.) dissertation, available via
http://cesario.rutgers.edu/easmith/research/ (in PDF format under that
page), to the list, since it has some material of interest for
transhumanism. Specifically, a lot of what it is looking at is the problem
of figuring out how protein sequences determine protein structure, which is
going to be critical to a lot of transhuman/posthuman biological
advancements. It does so primarily by looking at this question through
evolutionary biology.
