Hello One and All,
                  Check out the article recently posted by my co-blogger and good friend Ralph Buttigieg concerning the nutritional requirements of Space Explorers on long duration missions to Mars and beyond. Ralph is an expert in this field because he also happens to be something of an amateur gourmet chief. One very essential crew member for a future mission to Mars would be a Mission Nutrition Specialist i.e.: a cook.  I think Ralph would make a very good choice  for this mission slot. But, yet again the Earth would be losing a very good cook.
